摘要
研究者对接受过参与式教学培训的西部农村小学教师进行课堂观察,结果发现,教师们改变了传统“一言堂”教学局面,将教学时间更多地用于师生互动或小组活动,引导学生积极参与教学活动,较好地体现了参与式教学的互动性和主体参与性,但在合作性、公平性及秩序性等方面还存在一些亟待解决的问题。进一步促进教师参与式教学行为转变,应该成为培训者和管理者关注的重点。
We adopted the method of classroom observation to investigate the participatory teaching behavior of rural primary teachers in western China. The main findings indicate that teachers have changed the teacher-dominated classroom situation, and spent more class time on interaction between teacher and students and group activities, providing students with more participation opportunities. In the meanwhile, there still exist some problems needed to be noticed in collaboration, equality and order. The main task for teacher trainers and administrators should be to facilitate the transformation of teachers' participatory teaching behaviors.
