摘要
目的探讨子宫富细胞性平滑肌瘤的临床病理特点及预后。方法回顾性分析21例子宫富细胞性平滑肌瘤的临床和病理特点，并对其中5例核分裂像活跃患者进行预后随访。结果子宫富细胞性平滑肌瘤临床表现与子宫肌瘤相似，术前诊断和术中所见符合子宫良性肿瘤特征，治疗效果良好。术后随访5例核分裂像活跃患者均存活至今。结论子宫富细胞性平滑肌瘤应与子宫肉瘤相鉴别，但其为一种良性肿瘤，预后良好。
Objective To investigate clinical and pathological characteristics and prognosis of cellular leiomyoma. Methods The clinical and pathological characteristics and prognosis of 21 cases of cellular leiomyoma were retrospectively analyzed.5 of them with active nuclear split phase were followed up. Results The clinical manifestations of patients with cellular leiomyoma were similar to hysteromyoma. Their preoperative diagnosis and intraoperative presentation are accordant to the characteristics of benign tumors, and the patients had a good outcomes after treatment. The 5 patients with active unclear spit phase of cellular leiomyoma were alive till now. Conclusion Cellular leiomyoma belongs to a benign tumor and should be differentiated from leiomyosarcoma. The patient has an acceptable prognosis.
