摘要
目的 分析富细胞性子宫平滑肌瘤（CUL）的临床病理特点，以指导临床的诊断和治疗。方法 对45例手术后病理诊断为CUL患者的临床病理资料、免疫组织化学结果及其随访情况进行分析。结果 所有患者均以月经改变为主要症状，18例出现腹部肿块；镜下平滑肌细胞丰富，核分裂少见，每10个高倍视野少于5个；行子宫切除无复发。结论 CUL的临床表现与一般子宫肌瘤相似，CUL适宜行全子宫切除。
Objective uterine leiomyoma To study the clinic-histopathological characteristics of cellular （CUL） for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of CUL. Methods The clinical pathologic features, immunohistochemistry and follow-up of 45 CUL patients were analyzed after operation. Results Menstruation changes were the main symptoms ,18 patients were found abdominal mass . Smooth muscle cells were plentiful , but caryocinesia were seldom, it is less than 5 per 10 highpower field. There is no recurrence rate in those patients who were treated with hysterectomies. Conclusions The clinical features of CUL were similar ordinary uterine leiomyoma. Patients were suitable for hysterectomy.
