摘要
结合中空纤维膜分离与聚酰胺吸附对金花茶中的茶多酚进行纯化研究,考察金花茶提取液分别经过分子量为300,100,10,3k的中空纤维膜分离后,各透过液和截流液中茶多酚的含量情况。当提取液透过分子量为10k的中空纤维膜时,茶多酚含量提高到39.36%;透过液再经聚酰胺吸附纯化,茶多酚的纯度可提高到79.42%。
Utrafihration by hollow fiber membrane and polyamide were used to study the adsorption and purification of phenolics in Camellia chryscath. The fiber membranes, which molecular weight with 300, 100, 10, 3 k were studied to purify the extracting components of Camellia chryscath phenolics. And the phenolics components, with molecular weight under 10 k have the pureness, which could reach 39.36%. After it was purified by polyamide, the pureness could reach 79.42%.
