摘要
以海洋皇马铃型银杏种子（ＧｉｎｇｋｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）为研究对象，研究了蔗糖脂肪酸酯、乳化石蜡、乳化川蜡、淀粉和虫胶等膜剂对银杏种子贮藏效果及贮藏生理的影响；对贮藏期间细胞膜透性，α－淀粉酶活性、β－淀粉酶活性、浮水率、硬化率、霉变率及失重率等指标进行了测定。结果表明：３％的乳化川蜡加入１％乳化石蜡并以０．３％虫胶为助剂是银杏种子较为合适的贮前涂膜处理方法。
The seeds of gingko ( Gingko biloba L )coated with different methods and stored at room temperature were used to study the effects of coating ways on storage and physiology Respiration intensity,α and β amylase activities,cell membrane permeability,percentages of desiccation,mildew ,floating and weight loss were measured The experimental results showed that coating with emulsified, 3% Sichuan wax and 1% poraffin resulted in an optimal effect on storage
