^(60)Co和速冻对银杏种胚及氢氰酸含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 银杏种实于8月受精,受精后受精卵形成胚。采收后,在胚形成初期,用0.17,0.39,1.55。3.10C/kg的^(60)Co分别进行照射和-30℃,-50℃速冻处理,两者的种仁中氢氰酸含量均显著或极显著低于对照,且各处理不同水平间的种仁氢氰酸含量达到显著或极显著差异水平。高剂量的^(60)Co辐射,能明显抑制银杏种子发芽,降低发芽速度,缩短发芽长度。 The fertilized egg formed into the embryo after fertilizing taking place in Ginkgo bilobaseed on August. At the early period of embryo formation after harvest,the hydrocyanic acid content ofseed treated by radiocobalt-60 of 0.17C/kg,0.39C / kg,1.55C / kg,3.10C / kg and low temperaturefreezing of-30℃,-50℃, respectively, not only was lower than that of check very significantly,but also atwhich there were very significant differences among all kinds of treatinents.It has been definite that thecobalt-60 ray of higher close could not only inhibit the seed germination of Ginkgo biloba markedly, butalso reduce the germination speed and shorten the germination lenght.
