摘要
承接能力是吸引产业转移的重要基础。本文以陕西省软件产业为研究对象,采用因子分析法,选取全国18个省的19个指标,对其产业转移承接能力进行实证分析。研究结论为:软件产业转移承接能力可归结为产业竞争优势和投资环境因子、产业规模与增长因子、政府因子、效益因子和市场因子五方面的驱动力。陕西软件产业在因子1和因子5上得分较高,而在因子2上得分较低,综合产业转移承接能力较强。在此基础上,从招商引资、本地企业培育、软硬件环境完善三个方面提出承接产业转移、加快发展的对策建议。
This paper makes an empirical study on the industry of software in Shaanxi Province, selecting 18 provinces and 19 indicators to establish factor analysis model. We come to the conclusion that the ability to take the industrial transference can be attributed to 5 factors： industrial competitive advantages and investment environment, industrial size and growth, government, efficiency, and market. For software industry of Shaanxi, the score of factor 1 and factor 5 is higher, but the score of factor 2 is lower, the comprehensive ability to take industrial transference is strong. Finally, from the point of attracting foreign investment, local enterprise training and environment improving, this paper puts forward some accordingly suggestions.
