摘要
阐述利用因子分析法对建筑业发展水平进行综合评价的原理和步骤,结合上海市建筑业2000-2006年度统计数据,对上海市建筑业发展情况进行实证分析.完善了建筑业综合评价指标体系.结果表明,本指标体系和评价方法,可有效避免常见评价方法中原始指标信息相关性较大、权重具有主观性的弊病.
A modified comprehensive assessment system of construction industry was proposed by means of factor analysis method. The study discussed the development status of the construction industry in Shanghai using the statistical data in Shanghai from 2000 to 2006. The results indicate that the proposed assessment system could overcome the shortcomings of the common assessment methods such as the problems of obvious correlation among the initial indicators and subjectivity in determining the weights.
