摘要 以Guskey提出的教师专业发展评价模型为例,在分析其渊源、内容、特点的基础上,评价其优点与不足,并对完善该模型提出了若干设想。 Taking Guskey's staff development assessment model as an example, the author analyzes its source, content and characteristics, and comments its strong points and weak points, and proposes several constructive advices.
