独立学院教师工作重塑与教学能力的关系研究

摘要 多年来,高校教育质量问题一直是社会各界广泛关注的焦点,而教师的教学能力是影响教学质量的最关键因素。高校教师职业的特殊性决定了教师的自主性工作重塑是促进教学能力提升的重要途径;因此,运用实证方法探讨工作重塑与教师教学能力的关系十分必要。本文基于工作重塑与教师教学能力相关理论,对天津市六所独立学院进行问卷调查与数据分析,运用结构方程对教师工作重塑与教学能力之间的关系进行了研究,验证了教师工作重塑对教学能力提升的正向作用,并对独立学院如何基于工作重塑进一步提升教师教学能力提出了一些建议。 The quality of higher education has been the focus of wide attention in the society over the years, and the teaching ability of teachers is the most important factor to influence the teaching quality. The particularity of Higher education professional determines the autonomy of teachers' job crafting is an important approach to promote the teaching ability. Therefore, using empirical method to investigate the relationship between the job crafting and teachers' teaching ability is necessary. Based on the theory of job crafting associated with teachers' teaching ability, six independent schools in Tianjin questionnaire survey and data analysis, the relationship between teachers' job crafting is verified the positive effect on teaching ability promotion by using AMOS soft ware. Finally, Some Suggestions are put forward on how to improve teachers' teaching ability based on job crafting.
