培训迁移的管理策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 培训获得的新知识、技能、行为和态度如没有或不能迁移到工作中或在一定时间内不能维持,则培训所产生的效应很小。要达到培训终极目标,必须关注培训迁移问题。要从培训设计和组织氛围两方面促进被训者培训迁移。
