摘要
准葛尔大戟(Euphorbia Soongarica Boiss)在民间长期被用来作为逐水药,但其化学成分未见报道。为此,我们对其成分进行了研究。本文报道从中分得的一新三萜成分的分离与鉴定。 从该植物根的石油醚萃取物中,经硅胶柱层析得白色晶状物,在薄层层析中,为一单点,但其质谱有m/z 440和m/z 454两个分子离子峰,反复柱层析和重结晶得晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅱ(图1)。用硝酸银的氨溶液浸泡过的硅胶板进行薄层层析,R_f值不同,且熔点也不同。
A new triterpene C32H54O, m. p. 86-87℃, was isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the roots of E. Soongarica Boiss by using silica gel column chromatography. Its structure was determined as 26,26-dimethyl-25-ene cycloartanol by means of IR, MS, 13C NMR spectrometry and the DEPT technique.
