摘要
利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对喜光花叶挥发油成分进行了分析,结果分得19个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.35%。含量最高的是n-棕榈酸(37.61%),其次为3,8-二甲基-十二烷(7.28%)、四十四烷(5.07%)、溴二十二烷(4.55%)和1,54-二溴五十四烷(4.30%)。
The essential oil from the leaves of Actephila merrilliana was analyzed by GC-MS and 19 compounds were identified in the oil. The major constituents are 3,8-dimethyldecane （7.28%）, detratetracontane （5.07%）, 1-bromodocosane （4. 55% ） and 1,54-dibromotetrapontacontane（4. 30% ）. The content （37.61%） of n-hexadecanoic acid is the highest.
