摘要
高等职业院校的就业指导课程师资队伍建设,关系着就业指导教育的实施和落实,影响着就业工作的顺利开展。本文分析了目前高职院校就业指导课程师资队伍现状、问题及原因并提出相应解决对策。
Vocational colleges＇ employment instructive teaching staff construction in vocational colleges relates the execution and implementation of employment instructive education, impacting on the smooth harness of employment work and the colleges＇ sustainable development. The essay analyzed the current circumstances , problems and causes of vocational colleges＇ employment instructive teaching staff and promoted related proposals, including improvement on the consciousness of vocational colleges＇ employment instructive teaching staff construction, matching instructive teaching staff in accordance with teacher - student ratio, optimization of teaching staff structure, priority given to teacher cultivation and training, rank appraisal policy of instructive teaching staff and enlarging expense investment on employment instructive teaching staff construction
