摘要
农村教师对农村教育发展具有重要意义.本文分析了目前农村学校师资队伍建设与农村教育发展不相适应的现状,进而提出了加强农村学校师资队伍建设的途径.
Rural teachers have a great significence to education in rural areas. This paper analysises the construction of rural teachers and the unadaptability situation there. Then put forwand several suggestion.
