摘要
目的研究血小板活化对恶性肿瘤病情和预后的影响。方法采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定223例恶性肿瘤和80例健康者血浆血栓烷B_2(TXB_2)、11-去氢-血栓烷B_2(DH-TXB_2)、凝血酶敏感蛋白(TSP)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、环磷酸乌苷(CGMP)和血清纤维结合蛋白(FN)含量。结果 1)与健康组比较:除肝癌组TSP、GMP-140、FN外,肺癌、肠癌、肝癌组TXB_2、DH-TXB_2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140和CGMP升高,肠癌、肺癌FN下降。2)肿瘤组CGMP与TXB_2、DH-TXB_2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140之间均呈正相关。3)肿瘤组合并感染TSP升高,FN下降;已转移TXB_2、DH-TXB_2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140和CGMP升高,FN下降;手术后DH-TXB_2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140和CGMP下降,FN升高。结论 1)恶性肿瘤患者存在血小板活化,肺癌、肠癌活化较重,肝癌较轻。2)血小板活化影响恶性肿瘤的病情和预后。
Objective To study the effects of platelet activation and injury of endothelial cell on the patients with malignant tumor and the prognoses. Methods Radio-immunity and ELISA were employed to detect the TXB2 ,DH TXB, ,TSP,β-TG,GMP- 140,CGMP and FN of 223 cases of patients with malignant tumor and 80 cases of normal, and healthy control persons. Results 1） Except of the TSP,GMP 140 the hepatic cancer group, the levels of TXB2 ,DH-TXB2 ,TSP,β-TG,GMP-140 and CGMP increased in the lung cancer group, the intestinal cancer group and hepatic cancer group, while FN decreased in the intestinal cancer and lung cancer group. 2） CGMP was positively related to TXB2, DH-TXB2, TSP, β-TG, GMP 140 in malignant tumor group. 3） TSP increased and FN decreased in the infection group and the without-meiastasis group while the TXB2 ,DH TXB2 ,TSP, β-TG, GMP- 140,CGMP increased but FN decreased. DH-TXB2, TSP, β-TG, GMP 140, and CGMP decreased while FN increased after operation. Conclusion 1）Activations of platelet existed in the patients with malignant tumor, and the platelet activation is severe in lung cancer and intestinal cancer, but light in hepatic cancer. 2）Activations of platelet affect the metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
