摘要
目的研究血小板活化对肺癌患者病情和预后的影响。方法采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定168例肺癌和80例正常人血浆血栓烷B2(TXB2)、11-去氢-血栓烷B2(DH-TXB2、凝血酶敏感蛋白(TSP)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血清纤维结合蛋白(FN)含量。结果①与对照组比较:腺癌、小细胞癌TXB2、DH-TXB2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140均升高,FN均降低;鳞癌TXB2、DH-TXB2、TSP、GMP-140、CGMP升高,FN降低。②与小细胞癌比较:腺癌DH-TXB2、TSP降低;鳞癌GMP-140降低,FN升高。③与各自对照组比较:晚期组、TXB2、DH-TXB2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140升高,FN降低;远处转移组TXB2、DH-TXB2、TSP、β-TG升高,FN降低;手术后组DHTXB2、TSP、β-TG、GMP-140降低,FN升高,合并感染组TSP升高,FN降低;二周内死亡组TXB2,DH-TXB2,TSP,β-TG,GMP-140升高,FN降低。结论①肺癌患者血小板广泛激活。晚期,远处转移,二周内死亡病例激活较重。②早、中期病例手术后血小板活化减轻。
Objective To study the effects of platelet activation and injury of endothelial cell on lung cancer patients and their prognoses. Methods Radio-immunity and ELISA were employed to detect the TXB2, DH-TXB2,TSP, β-TG, GMP-140 and FN of 168 cases of patients and 80 cases of normal,healthy con- trol persons. Results （ 1 ） Compared with control group ： TXB2, DH- TXB2, TSP, β- TG, GMP- 140 in adeno- carcinoma, small cell carcinoma group increased, FN decreased; In squamous cancer group, the levels of TXB2 ,TSP, GMP-140 and CGMP increased and FN decreased. （2）Compared with small cell carcinoma group： DH-TXB2 and TSP decreased in adenocarcinoma group; GMP-140 decreased and FN increased in squamous carcinoma group. （ 3 ） Compared with normal group ： TXB2, DH-TXB2, TSP, β-TG, GMP- 140 in ad- vanced cancer group increased, and FN decreased ; in remote metastasis group, the levels of TXB2, DH-TXB2, TSP, β-TG increased and FN decreased; the level of TXB2, DH-TXB2 ,TSP, ^-TG and GMP-140 in the post- surgery group deceased and FN increased;in dual infection group, the level of TSP increased and FN de- ceased ; the levels of TXB2, DH- TXB2, TSP, β- TG, GMP- 140 in dead- in- two- week group increased and FN decreased. Conclusion （1）The result suggested that the platelet was generally activated in the cases with the lung cancer, especially the advanced cancer patients. Remote Metastasis patients and Dead-in-two-week group patients were heavily. （2）And the early-middle cancer patients were had lighter platelet activation after operation.
