摘要
教学实践智慧是教师个体在行动与反思互动情境中形成的应对问题的综合能力。当下教育评价体制下,教育管理者、教育者、受教育者三方为追逐各自利益而进行的博弈,导致了教师教学实践智慧的缺失。重建教师教学实践智慧,必须改革完善现有教育管理体制,改变教育评价机制,释放教师的活力,解放学生的头脑,从而使三方在新一轮的博弈中智慧地管理、智慧地教育、智慧地学习,以期教师的教学取得最佳效益。
Teaching practical wisdom is the comprehensive ability coping with the matters which the teacher himself produces in the interactive circumstances of action and reflection.According to the contemporary system of educational evaluation,the educational governor,the pedagogue and the educator's game based on the pursuing their benefit leads to the lack of teaching practical wisdom.In order to reconstruct the teaching practical wisdom,we must innovate and perfect the existing educational administering system,shift the system of educational evaluation,release the teacher's energy,extricate the student's mind.If so,the tri-power realize intelligent management,education and study in the next new game,and the teaching gets the best benefit.
