摘要
采用透光脉动原理研制了光学传感器,并采用虚拟仪器的研发理念设计了一种适合评价填料絮凝的分析系统。利用此系统对纸机湿部助留系统中填料的絮凝进行了考察,并采用Malvern MS2000对絮凝分析系统的输出信号R值与被测絮团实际粒径之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,该系统的絮凝指数(R值)与被测絮团粒径具有很好的线性相关性,线性拟合方程:y=19.0x-16.8(相关系数R2为0.9711)。
Recently,photometric dispersion analyzer(PDA) has been widely used in different field,which was developed based on the principle of transmitted light fluctuation.In this paper,a novel optical sensor was prepared using the same operation principle as PDA,with which a new fluctuation analysis system for wet-end retention system was developed using virtual instrument techniques.The flocculation of the filler in wet-end was analyzed with this instrument.It was found that the data were in good agreement with qualitative information related to particle size distribution of water systems obtained by using Malvern MS2000,and the linear equation was: y=19.0x-16.8(RSD=0.9711).
