摘要
采用自主研发的絮凝分析系统,通过测量絮团大小,分析了DCS(溶解和胶体物质)含量对不同助留系统中填料絮凝的影响并对其絮凝机理进行探讨。结果表明,在一定范围内,DCS含量的增加可以提高阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)以及CPAM/PEI(聚乙烯亚胺)助留系统对填料的絮凝作用;由于改性磺化酚醛树脂(PFR)的"协同因子"作用,即使在DCS含量为0时,PEO/PFR助留系统也会表现出较强的絮凝能力。
A self-made flocculation analysis instrument was used in this paper for measuring the size of floc.Using this instrument,effects of DCS contents in various retention systems on flocculation of the fillers were studied and the flocculation mechanism of the fillers was also discussed.Results showed that,within the examined ranges,increasing DCS content can increase the size of floc in CPAM,PEO and CPAM/PEI retention systems.It is considered that DCS acted as a cofactor involving in the flocculation.This research work not only provides references for control of flocculation in newsprint production,but also proves that the self-made flocculation analysis instrument is suitable for measurement of the floc size.
