摘要
大功率LED的发光效率、使用寿命、光输出定向性等指标均优于常规的高压钠灯光源,因此在道路照明中将会逐步得到应用。在决定大功率LED的性能和路灯设计的几个关键技术中,散热设计是非常重要的一环,散热设计的好坏将直接影响到LED路灯的实际应用能否成功。文章主要从大功率LED的热特性着手,通过分析大功率LED的散热设计流程及常见的一、二次散热方案,来探讨大功率LED路灯的散热方案和不同的散热方案所适应的范围,给出了一些建议。
Power LED is superior to conventional high-pressure sodium lamp in luminous efficacy,service life,directional light output etc,therefore they will be used gradually in the road lighting.In determining the performance of high power LEDs and in high power LED lamp design key techniques,the thermal management is very important.Thermal design of LED lamp will affect the practical application of success directly.This article mainly from the thermal characteristics of high power LED,through the analysis of high power LED heat dissipation process,common and secondary cooling scheme to explore the schemes on thermal design of high power LED lamp,the cooling scheme,different cooling scheme of adaptive and gives some Suggestions.
