摘要
目的：了解铜仁地区HIV感染者/病人的CD4＋T淋巴细胞的免疫水平,为及时进行抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法：采用流式细胞仪（FACS Calibar）对559例HIV感染者/病人进行CD4＋T淋巴细胞绝对值检测。结果：559例HIV感染者的CD＋4T淋巴细胞均值为303.46±212.90个/μl,CD4＋T淋巴细胞计数≤200个/μl的占33.09%,201-350个/μl的占30.23%,351-500个/μl的占21.47%,〉500个/μl的占15.21%。不同性别、感染途径的HIV感染者CD4＋T淋巴细胞均值的差异无统计学意义，不同年龄的HIV感染者CD4＋T淋巴细胞均值的差异有统计学意义。结论：铜仁地区HIV感染者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞免疫水平普遍偏低，大部分感染者已进入艾滋病中、晚期。
Objective：To analyze the situation of the CD4＋ T cells among HIV infected in Tongren to provide scientific basis for the treatment promptly.Methods：The cell counts of CD4＋ from 559 HIV infected were detected by FCS.Results：The mean vale of CD4＋ was（303.46±212.90） cells/μl,33.09% of them had CD4 T cell counts lower than 200 cells/μl,30.23% of them had CD4 T cell counts between 201-350 cells/μl,21.47% of them had CD4 T cell counts between 351-500 cells/μl,15.21% of them had CD4 T cell counts higher than 500 cells/μl.There were no statistical differences in CD4＋ value with HIV infected between different sex and infection way groups and there were vary significant among different age groups.Conclusion：The CD4＋cell immune levels of HIV infected are generally low.Most of them had been found in a metaphase or later stage of AIDS.
