摘要
目的观察益气活血方联合易善复胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将非酒精性脂肪性肝炎80例按就诊时间先后随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例,治疗组用益气活血方加易善复胶囊治疗,对照组单用易善复胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组证候、肝功能、血脂、B超检查结果改善均优于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论益气活血方联合易善复胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe （YHR） combined with polyene phosphatidycholine capsule （PPC） in treating non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis （NFH）. Methods Eighty NFH patients were randomly assigned to two groups according to the sequence of their visiting, the 30 in the control group were treated with PPC alone and the 50 in the treated group were given YHR and PPC in combination. The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months. Results The improvement of syndrome, liver function, blood lipid and B ultrasonic figure in the treated group was superior to that in the control group, and the clinical efficacies between the two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion YHR combined with PPC has a good effect in treating NFH.
