摘要
介绍了一种透平膨胀机叶片及其加厚叶片的结构特点,重点阐述了该叶片机加工工艺方案的实施。实践证明,该方案可行,采用的夹具系统稳定可靠,数控编程加工精确,可做到一次性装夹精加工完成整个叶片。
This paper has introduced the structural characteristics of a new blade of turboexpander and its thicker blade.Especially,the implementation of the machining technology project for this blade is specified.The practice demonstrates this project is feasible,the adopted fixture system is stable and reliable,the numerical and control programming machining is precise,and the whole blade can be machined in one-time setup and finishing.
