摘要
为提高低温轴流压缩机在深低温域、宽转速域、宽运行压力等苛刻工况条件下的运行可靠性和安全性,分析了低温轴流压缩机的密封和保温供气需求,针对性地设计了密封和保温供气系统,并分别介绍了工艺流程与控制方法,最后进行了初步性能测试。结果表明:在常温常压下,阀门流量和气源压降特性满足压力调节的需求,最大加热速率0.004K/s,与设计结果基本一致,满足温度调节的需求。
In order to improve the operational reliability and security of cryogenic axial compressor in profound hypothermia,wide speed range and wide operating pressure,the seal and thermal insulation gas supply system of cryogenic axial compressor were designed in this paper,and the technological process and control methods of compressor were introduced.The experiment of gas supply system was carried out which shows that:both flow rate of valve and pressure drop characteristics of gas sources satisfy the requirements of pressure regulation,the maximum heating up rate is 0.004K/s which consistent with the design and satisfy the requirements temperature adjustment.
