摘要
介绍了一种模锻叶片的结构特点及机加工工艺方案,针对工艺调试过程中遇到的叶根应力变形和五轴联动数控机床A17的应用问题,采取了处理措施,通过工艺调试最终形成合理的工艺方案。
This paper has introduced the structure characteristics and the machining technology plan for forging blades.According to the stress deformation in blade root during debugging and the application problem of five-axis NC machine A17,the treatment measures are adopted.The reasonable processing plan is formed finally based on debugging.
