摘要
从患病雏鹅的病料样本中分离鉴定出一株小鹅瘟野毒。采用鹅胚扩增病毒,以琼脂扩散试验从感染鹅胚尿囊液中检出小鹅瘟病毒抗原,用感染鹅胚尿囊液人工接种8日龄健康雏鹅,雏鹅表现出典型的小鹅瘟临床症状和剖检特征。
A virus of gosling plague virus （GPV）was isolated and identified from affected goslings. The virus was propagated in goose embryos, the GPV antigen could be detected from allantoises fluid of infected embryos by agar gel precipitation. At the age of 8 days, the goslings were artificially inoculated with virus sample and the pathological lesions were similar to the natural infected cases.
