摘要
可变长度边界扫描电路,作为一个通用器件与非边界扫描电路结合而构成一个具有边界扫描能力的模块,以改善电路的可测性,并能够适应端口数目的任意性和端口方向的任意性。
This paper deals with the design and simulation of the Length Configurable Boundary Scanning Circuit (LCBS).It can work with non-BS circuits to perform boundary scan test. The idea of LCBS and part of its VHDL source code are described,and the functional verification of LCBS and the corresponding simulation wave is demonstrated. At last,it is compared with the length fixed BS circuit to show how it saves testing time.
