摘要
综述了福建省闽江、九龙江等流域生态补偿机制建立的重要性、流域生态补偿的主要机制模式、实践效果及现存的主要问题,并提出进一步完善流域生态补偿机制的4点建议,旨在为福建省乃至全国类似地区流域生态补偿机制的建立和完善提供借鉴。
The importance of the establishment, dominating patterns, practice effects and existent problems of ecological compensation mechanism for drainage basin of Minjiang and Jiulongjiang were summarized in this paper. Moreover, four suggestions to perfect the ecological compensation mechanism for drainage basin were put forward. The aim of this paper was to supply some references to the establishment and perfect of drainage basin ecological compensation mechanism for Fujian province and other analogous areas in China.
