摘要
结合本企业安全管理新体制的运行实践,介绍了构建新体制的历史背景,高度概括了推行新体制的成功经验,回顾了新体制建设的基本做法,重点论述了安全管理新体制的基本框架和运作模式,从体系建设的角度,对安全执法体系和守法体系建设进行了探讨,并对如何抓好新体制的推行提出了4点启示。
According to the operation practice of the new system for safety management of No. 2 mining area of Jinchuan Group Co. , Ltd. , the historic background of establishing the new system is introduced, and the successful experience of implementing the new system is generalized highly. The elementary methods of establishing the new system are reviewed, and the basic frame and operation modes of the new system for the safety management are discussed emphatically. The establishment of the safety law-executing system and the law-abiding system is discussed from the view of system establishment. Four suggestions are advanced so as to implement the new system well.
