摘要
大学生"村官"计划的出台为新农村建设注入了新的血液和活力,但实施中也出现了一些发展中的困境问题。从社会活力论的视角看,大学生"村官"计划出现困境的根本原因在于其主体、资源、制度、精神四个层面的社会活力因素的匮乏。不断激发这四个层面的社会活力,是大学生"村官"计划走出困境的根本路径。
The new plan, college graduates working as ＂village oficials＂ has been conducted and has introduced fresh personnel and vitality into the construction of socialist new villages. However, during the course, there has also been some trouble. Studying with the view of social vitality, we find that the most essential reason for the trouble is the lack of social vitality in terms of subject, resources, system and spirit. We should stimulate the vitalities in the four aspects, which is the essential way to overcome the trouble and conduct the plan successfully.
