摘要
乳腺腔镜手术是近年来乳腺外科技术的重要发展之一。主要体现在乳腺腔镜手术整合了传统手术、腔镜手术和整形手术技术的优点,形成了较完整的独特的技术体系。通过建立和优化系列乳腺腔镜手术新技术和新方法,创新了手术理念,改变了手术程序,提高了手术效能,其微创和美容效果明显优于常规手术,解决和改善了部分长期困扰乳腺外科的技术难题,提高了乳腺外科的临床治疗水平。
Application of endoscopic technique has promoted the development of surgical treatments for breast diseases greatly in recent years. Through integrating advantages of open, endoscopic and plastic surgery, adopting a series of innovative surgical strategies and optimizing the operative techniques and procedures, a unique and quasi-complete endoscopic-technical system has been established. Endoscopic technique is not only an effective method of surgery for breast diseases but also has advantages of minimally invasive and aesthetic results over open surgery. It offers the opportunity to overcome and resolve several technical troubles in the surgical treatment for breast diseases, and it will improve the treatment effect of patients with breast cancer.
