摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方红根草片中蒙花苷含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(23:77)为流动相,检测波长334nm。结果蒙花苷在0.059～0.295μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为98.2%(n=6),RSD为1.4%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方红根草片中蒙花苷含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of linarin in Fufanghonggencao Tablet.Methods An HPLC method was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follow：Diamonsil C18 column and acetonitrile-water（23：77）as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 334 nm.Results The linear range of linarin was 0.059-0.295 μg.The average recovery rate was 98.2% and RSD was 1.4%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability,and can be used for determination of linarin in Fufanghonggencao Tablet.
