兔雪旺细胞对视网膜神经元突起生长的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察在体外兔雪旺细胞(Schwanncel,SC)对视网膜神经元突起生长的作用。方法乳兔视网膜细胞分别接种在培养2周的单层SC和多聚赖氨酸(poly-L-lysine)表面培养,相差显微镜下观察视网膜神经元的生长状态并在培养的24、48小时测量其突起的长度。结果视网膜细胞在SC表面生长活跃,体外培养24小时,神经元突起的平均长度达到(85±17)μm,48小时为(283±27)μm,与无SC共同培养的对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论体外SC对视网膜神经元突起的生长具有明显的支持、促进作用。
