摘要
分析了界河水电开发的必要性、可行性和经济性,介绍了中俄两国开展全方位合作开发中俄界河水力资源的现状,在此基础上提出了中俄界河水电开发方案、消纳方向及风险防范措施,可供我国企业开发中俄界河水电项目时参考。
An analysis is made in this paper of the hydropower resources development of border rivers in terms of necessity, feasibility and economy, together with an introduction to the status quo of all-round cooperative development between China and Russia of hydropower resources of border rivers. In addition, a proposal is put forward on the development scheme, power consumption direction and countermeasures to possible risks in this regard, which can be used as a reference for China＇s enterprises to develop the hydropower resources of border rivers between China and Russia.
