摘要
分析了电力行业能源消耗特点及能耗指标的变化趋势,从政策、电价、技术装备等方面总结了我国电力行业节能面临的问题,提出了要从加强电源结构调整、优化电网结构、实施经济调度等技术层面,以及加强关停小火电、推广多联供、加强火电厂节油等政策和管理层面促进我国电力行业节能。
On the basis of the study on the characteristics of energy consumption and evolution of energy consumption indexes of the power industry, this paper summarizes the problems that China＇s power industry are faced with from the view of policy, pricing and technological charactertics of equipment. It proposes that the power industry should promote energy saving through technical efforts such as strengthening the power source structure adjustment, optimizing the grid structure and implementing economical and environment-friendly dispatching and through policy and management measures such as decommissioning small thermal power plants, promoting the multi-generation system, and improving oil saving management.
