摘要
用一块37/55单元变形反射镜和一台S-H传感器为基础建立了一套实验装置,结合光波衍射理论和波面相差理论,成功地将圆形高斯分布的He-Ne激光束变换为均匀强度分布的方形焦斑。对光学系统产生均匀强度分布的限制因素进行了讨论。
In this paper, a laser beam shaping system has been established on the basis of a 37/55 element deformable mirror and a S H sensor. Using these devices and theories of wave plane aberration and light diffraction, He Ne laser beam with circular Gaussian profile can be transformed to uniform rectangular profile at the focal plane successfully. The limitatins of optical system to reshape uniform profiles are discussed by analyzing the experimental results.
