摘要
用一块能动反射镜、一块柱面透镜和一块非球面透镜可组成新原理的焦线形态控制系统。随时改变能动反射镜形状以调制波面位相 ,能将入射激光束变换成辐照均匀、长度在一定范围内连续可调的焦线。针对高斯型入射光强 ,探讨了用该系统控制激光焦线形态的可行性。
WT5”BZ]A novel line focus system with active optics for X ray laser research is suggested. It consists of a active mirror, a cylinder lens and a aspherical lens. The Intensity distribution of line focus is uniform and its length can be tunable continuously in certain range. In this paper, the profile along the line focus is simulated and analyzed in details based on the principle of physical optics. With respect to the incident laser beam with Gaussian intensity, the possibility of controlling the line focus profile by active optics system is discussed.
