红外地平敏感器摆动扫描机构运动规律实时测试系统

REAL-TIME MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR MOTION LAW OF PENDULOUS SCANNING MECHANISM OF INFRARED HORIZON SENSER

摘要 该测试系统由半导体激光器、光学元件、线阵CCD、微机接口卡和微机等组成。文中介绍了各部件的特性及作用:以半导体激光器为光源;光学元件中的柱面镜实现激光束变换,使线阵CCD易于接收激光信号,提高系统稳定性;透镜则使摆镜转角与线阵CCD上的光点存在明显的函数关系;线阵CCD是光电转换元件;接口卡和微机实现了线阵CCD信号的接收与处理。介绍了微机处理的内容、方法及系统的工作原理,实现了无接触式实时测量,最后给出了测量结果。 This system is composed of semiconductor laser, optical elements, linear CCD array, interface card and computer. The property and function of each component are introduced in detail: semiconductor laser is light resource, cylinder lens makes the beam of laser to be transformed and received easily by linear CCD array, so stability of the system is improved, there exists obvious function relationship between angle of pendulous mirror and position of point of laser on the linear CCD array because of lens, linear CCD array is optoelectronic element, it transforms laser signal to electric signal, interface card and computer are used to receive signal of linear CCD array and process data. In this paper, the processing content and method of computer and working principles of system are introduced. Real-time non-contact measurement mode is achieved, and measurement result is given in the last part.
