摘要 跟骨骨折是临床常见骨折之一,占全身骨折的1%～2%,以青壮年居多[1]。跟骨是不规则骨,其形状、位置特殊,外围软组织包绕少,血供差,故对跟骨骨折的处理比较棘手。近年,跟骨切开复位尤其是跟骨钢板在临床中被广泛应用,2006年至2008年对20例22足跟骨骨折患者进行了切开复位钢板内固定术,疗效满意,总结如下。
