摘要
目的 分析负压引流配合局部有效加压包扎技术在跟骨骨折术后的应用效果.方法 选择在本院接受跟骨骨折切开复位内固定手术治疗的患者98例作为研究对象,对手术伤口分别采用常规包扎及负压引流配合局部有效加压包扎,比较其伤口愈合相关指标、手术前后体温变化、伤口愈合不良概率等差异.结果 观察组切口平均干燥时间（3.21±1.03）d,切口平均愈合时间（8.34±2.05）d,体温术后1 d （36.88±0.24）℃、术后3 d（37.81±0.32）℃,切口延迟愈合发生率（4.08％）、切口感染发生率（2.04％）明显低于对照组,切口平均引流量（157.17±28.43） ml明显多于对照组（P＜ 0.05）.结论 负压引流配合局部有效加压包扎技术可以有效提高跟骨骨折患者的术后伤口愈合及引流,减少术后发热及不良愈合的出现.
Objective To analyze application effect of negative pressure drainage and compression bandage technology in postoperative calcaneal fractures.Methods 98 patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fractures with surgical treatment respectively were selected,using conventional bandaging and negative pressure drainage with local effective compression bandage,wound healing related index,temperature change before and after operation and poor wound healing were compared.Results Observation group incision drying time：（3.21 ± 1.03） d,incision healing time：（8.34 ± 2.05） d,1 d,3 d after operation,body temperature was （36.88 ± 0.24） ℃,（37.81 ± 0.32） ℃,delayed healing of incision （4.08％）,infection of incision （2.04％） were significantly lower than those of the control group; incision drainage （157.17 ± 28.43） ml was significantly more than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Negative pressure drainage and compression bandage technology can effectively improve calcaneal fractures in patients with postoperative wound healing and drainage,reduce the occurrence of postoperative fever and poor healing.
