摘要
人文关怀是当代思想政治教育的灵魂,是思想政治教育工作的题中应有之义。当前思想政治教育工作有效性不足,其重要原因就是人文关怀的缺失。因此,在人文关怀视阈下,增强思想政治教育的效果,要发挥学生的主体作用,尊重学生的个性差异,完善教学内容,创新工作方法,优化育人环境,突出心理疏导。
Humane care is the soul of ideological and political education. It is also of great importance for ideological and political education. At present, the work of ideological and political education lacks effectiveness, a very important reason is the lack of humane care. Therefore, in the view of humane care, to strengthen the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, we must ensure the leading role of the students, respect the personality differences of every student.
