摘要
系统地讨论了一台三轴联动数控雕刻机的技术实现 ,包括机械本体的设计、输入输出信号的控制、步进电动机速度和加减速度的控制以及三维插补算法。和当前广泛使用的数控雕刻机相比较 ,该系统省却了一台专用的控制箱 ,而是通过PC机的打印机并行口 ,用软件的方法实现PC机对机械本体的直接控制。在Windows平台上用VC + +语言编写的雕刻监控程序操作界面非常友好 ,且具有G代码文件的接口。
Technical realization way for a 3_axis simultaneous_motioned NC carving machine is discussed systemically, including the design of machine body, controlling of input/output signal, control of step motor speed and acceleration/deceleration and 3D interpolation algorithm. Comparing with CNC carving machines commonly used at present, instead of a special_purpose cabinet, the system controls directly the machine body by PC using software through the parallel port of PC's printer. The carve monitoring program written on Windows platform using VC++ language has a very good operation interface, and has an interface for G_coded files. A carved sample is given at the end of the paper.
