摘要 用TG;DTA及XRD等方法研究了ZnCr_2O_4-Cr2O3陶瓷传感材料,在常温~1000℃程序升温过程中的化学反应机理及烧结产物的物相结构. ZnCr2O4-Cr2O3 ceramic sensor was studied by TG, DTG and XRD. It's chemical reaction mechanism and the phase of structure of the sintering products in temperature-programming from normal atmospheric temperature to 1000℃ were given.
