摘要
根据ZnCr2 O4陶瓷的吸湿动力学方程G =Ka×P(H2 O)×t和脱湿动力学方程ln(G) =-Kd×t×exp(Ea/RT)制备一种湿度检测器 ,这种检测器克服了以往应用电阻型湿敏陶瓷来检测湿度时存在的诸多局限 ,确定了湿敏陶瓷在大范围温区湿度的定量检测 ,用这种检测器来考察土壤的吸、脱水功能 ,能较为简便地识别该土壤的保水抗旱能力 ,确定其是否适合于农作物的生长 .制备的这种湿度检测器还为解决粮食的防湿保质问题提供了一条切实可行的途径 .
Based on the hygroscopic kinetic equations G = K a×P(H 2O)×t and dehydrated kinetic equations ln(G) =-K d×t×exp(E a/RT) of ZnCr 2O 4 ceramics, we made a kind of humidity detector. With the detector, we can test the earth's hygroscopic and dehydrated ability, and identify its ability of water maintenance and drought resistance. Then we can ascertain whether the earth is suitable for growing crops. It also provides a practical way to solve the problem of the grain's damp-resistance to keep the quality.
