摘要
近年来,化学发光免疫分析因其具有特异性强、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、仪器简单、操作方便、无放射性污染等优点越来越受到人们的关注。本文简要介绍了化学发光免疫分析的类型及其原理,对其在食品安全检测中的运用,包括检测食品中微生物、毒素、农药残留、兽药残留、转基因食品等进行了综述。
Chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) has received more and more public attention in recent years for its high sensitivity, wide linear range, simplicity ,feasibility and non-isotopic contamination.The classification and principle of chemiluminescence immunoassay were introduced briefly in this article,and the application of CLIA in food safety detection, including the detection of microorganism, toxins, pesticide residues, animal drug residues and the genetically modified food were discussed in details.
