摘要
行星齿轮传动由于结构上的特点较传统的定轴齿轮传动有许多优点。也由于其结构的静不定原因行星传动会产生轮与轮之间及啮合中齿对之间的载荷分配不均。为了解决这个问题,国内外已有大量研究。本文在综合分析现行的各种均载方法基础上,提出了一个新型均载方法———厚油膜机构,并对该机构从理论上予以证明,且通过试验验证其优越性。
Abstract This paper presents a new type of device-double ring polylayer thick oil film mechanism, which can distribute loads imposed among the planet gears uniformly. It also establishes the computing model of the dynamical characteristics of this device and make a preliminary discussion about it. Taking the minimum oil film stiffness as objective function, the author has made orthogonal tests and comperaided optimum design on this device. All kinds of unequal load factors are synthetically compared with reference to the strength formula of planet gear in this paper at last. The author also made tests on this device and the results were in good agreement with those computed. Fig 5 Tab 1 Ref 5“Jixie Sheji”7571
