功率四分支齿轮传动系统的弯扭耦合振动固有特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 在轴承-转子系统动力学理论的基础上,考虑齿轮啮合效应和转子弯扭耦合效应,建立了功率四分支齿轮传动系统振动方程,求解自由振动的特征方程,获得了该系统耦合状态下的前14阶固有频率和振型,以及非耦合状态下前8阶固有特性。得出如下结论:1)系统结构的对称性导致部分转子的模态对称;2)系统的模态类型主要表现为两类形态:一类以某一转子振动为主,其他转子的振幅很小;另一类表现为复杂的多转子弯扭耦合振动;3)转子间的弯扭耦合对系统的固有频率和模态产生了很大的影响,在进行功率四分支齿轮传动系统的振动特性研究时,必须同时考虑转子弯扭耦合效应的共同作用。 The study of the power branch gear transmission system vibration inherent characteristic is very important in the design process, for the gearmesh frequencies should keep away from the natural frequenes. Based on the rotorbearing system dynamics, coupling the bendingtorsion vibration, the dynamic characteristics equations of power fourpath gear transmission were deduced by means of the solving free vibration characteristic equation, and the first 14 orders natural frequencies and the modes of vibration in the system, and the first 8 orders inherent char acteristic in the system uncoupling state. The analysis results show in the following: 1 ) the symmetry of the system structure results in part of the rotor vibration modes symmetry; 2) the modes of the system performance for two types : one type is mainly some or other rotor vibration, other rotors amplitudes are very small, another type is com plex multirotor bendingtorsion vibration; 3) the coupled bendingtorsion between the rotors have a greater impact on the system natural frequencies and modes, the bendingtorsion vibration must be considered in the study of the power branch gear transmission system vibration inherent characteristic.
