摘要
在pH1.5~2.0酸性溶液中,2.3-二氨基萘选择性地与四份硒离子反应,生成4,5-苯并基硒脑绿色荧光物质,用环已烷萃取,其荧光强度与Se4+的含量成正比,可定量测定硒的含量。
