摘要
本文采用2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)试剂,用环已烷萃取荧光法测定标准面粉中硒的含量。对分析条件和分解液的选择进行探讨,灵敏度高选择性好,面粉中硒的测出值的变异系数为6.17％样品的回收率在90％以上。
The content of selenium in standard fluor was determined by using 2, 3-diamino-naphthalin(DAN)-cyclohexane extraction by fluorescence spectrophotometry method. The operation condition and decompose solution were optimumized.The method which has high sensitivity and selectivity was used to determine the selenium in flour with the varable coefficient 6,17% and the rate. of recovery over 90%.
